The bean bag chair consists of six outer shell panels which are each approximately 40" (102 cm) in length, two half circle panels on the base with a zipper closure, and the bag is approximately 102" round at the widest point. The inner shell is made longer in length to allow you sufficient room to put the shell inside the outer shell, fill it with beans, zip and tie it shut, and then tuck the extra fabric in and zip the outer shell. When, and if, the outer shell needs a wash, simply unzip the outer shell, and loosely pull the inner bag free without opening it up and having beans everywhere!
